Eligibility Criteria

M.Sc Nursing

2 years course, pass with 55% Marks in B.Sc Nursing / P.B.B.Sc Nursing.
Clinical Speciality : MED-SURG. Nursing, OBG Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Community Health Nursing.

B.Sc. Nursing

4 years course, pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with above 45% of marks.

P.B. B.Sc Nursing

2 years course, pass in G.N.M. Course.

Admission Criteria

The duly filled-up application forms along with necessary documents should be submitted to the Principal, G.J. Surya College of Nursing, Shivamogga.

The following duly attested copies should be enclosed with the application :

• One Photostat copy of the statement of marks of the qualifying examination (10+2)
• One Photostat copy of the S.S.L.C. Certificate showing the Date of Birth.
• One Photostat copy of Transfer Certificate showing the Date of Birth.
• One Photostat copy of Migration Certificate if the candidate Is from outside of Karnataka State.
• Two latest Passport size photos, one affixed to the application form and one extra.
• One Photostat copy of SC, BC, Certificates duely certified if applicable.
• Conduct certificate from Head of the institution last attended and from a prominent person of the locality.
• Resent Medical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
• Non-Karnataka State Candidates and Non-Resident of Karnataka State Candidates claiming Karnataka State Domicility should produce a Domicility Certificate.
